This is the first marijuana museum in Latin America. Its permanent exhibition explains everything about the process of marijuana legalisation since 2013.
Besides the permanent exhibition, they also grow different strains of marijuana and of course the emblematic yerba mate -if you are not familiar with the very Uruguayan mate (yet), we advance you it is a non-psychoactive hot drink.
In their outdoor space you can enjoy as well an open-air café, selling crafted beer, hot and cold snacks until midnight every day and with acoustic music.
Tuesday-Sunday 2-6pm. Café open until midnight.
10 USD foreign visitors, 9 USD for Guru’Guay readers and 200 pesos for locals
We recommend coordinating in advance to ensure an English-language guide is available
